I PLACED AN ORDER AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHAT HAPPENED?

You should receive an automatic confirmation of your order by e-mail shortly after it is received by our system. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order, it may not have been submitted. If you have placed an order and not received a confirmation, please contact us with your full name and shopping cart number.

We do not go back and retrieve any unsubmitted orders from the database. For those whose shopping carts were not submitted, just in case the cart was abandoned by mistake. Your shopping cart will remain active for seven days. During that time, you may add to or subtract items from your cart as you wish. At the end of the seven days, if you have not submitted the cart, it will close. If you have created an account with the same email address, you can access your shopping carts. If your shopping cart states it is unsubmitted you will need to either submit the cart or contact us to complete the order.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail message with your tracking number and link to the shipper's tracking page if possible. If you do not receive your package on the day we specify in the notification, please use the tracking number to check on your order. We are sorry, but in the case of packages shipped by military mail, we are not given a tracking number, however, these customers will receive a notification that the package was shipped.

PLEASE NOTE: We will use the e-mail address given on your order to send the tracking information. If we are not given a valid address, or if you have a spam or junk-mail blocking feature on your e-mail program, you will not receive your notification. Also if you are using a mailbox with limited space, and you do not empty your box on a regular basis, your notification may bounce back to us as undeliverable. We will do our best to get the message to you, but please help us by making it possible for the message to reach you.
