Some Internet wig companies are claiming to carry 50,000+ wigs IN STOCK. We happen to know by talking with their suppliers that they are not telling the truth to their customers. They are misleading people into thinking they have a large warehouse by counting all of their supplier's inventories as their own. It is important that you TRUST the company you are dealing with. Others are claiming all orders ship the same day only to ship the item a week later. We make no claims that we can't back up. Please understand that NO WIG COMPANY carries every color of every style in multiple quantities in stock, period. The available colors are simply the colors the wigs is made in. Most of the popular wigs are in stock in our supplier's warehouse in the popular colors. There are NO SUPER WAREHOUSE WIG COMPANIES that stock large numbers of brands in every color each wig is made in let alone multiple quantities. Not even a single wig manufacturer stocks everything they offer. When you also consider that styles and trends can change quickly any company that were to attempt to become a Super Warehouse, (by investing hundreds of thousands of dollars in inventory) would go out of business the first time styles and trends shifted. We want you to be informed and not have false expectations. That being said, we will do our very best to fulfil your order in any style and color you choose. Yet, a certain percentage of unavailable choices in certain brands will require us to contact you by phone or email for approval of the closest choice that is available from our suppler. The Alternate Color choice was our original idea to help improve the chances that one of the two choices actually is in stock with our supplier. Notice that other Internet wig companies have copied our idea yet claim to have everything in stock. If they had all of the colors in stock they would not be asking for a 2nd color choice.
